Overview
This program is designed to provide in depth knowledge and hands-on training in dental implantology, combining theoretical modules with clinical practice under expert supervision.
Program Outline:
- Theoretical Modules (16%) – Delivered through lectures, seminars, and workshops. Topics include anatomy, implant science, prosthetics, radiology, and advanced topics like sinus lifts and bone grafting.
- Supervised Clinical Training (80%) – Real patient cases including a minimum of 30 implant placements across 10 patients.
- Single Implants 10 cases
- (FDPs) Short-span Fixed Dental Prostheses 3 cases
- Overdentures 2 cases
- Full-arch FDPs 2 cases
- Clinical Treatment planning sessions and case presentations
- Systematic Review & Research (4%) – Evidence-based research projects and presentations.
Program Duration: 2 Years (Part-time)
Learning Model: Hybrid (Blended learning model online and offline)
Accreditation: Officially accredited by the National Institute for Health Specialties (NIHS) in the UAE

Admission Requirements
Admission Criteria
To be eligible for enrollment, applicants must:
- Hold a recognized dental degree (B.D.S., D.D.S., or D.M.D.) from a UAE Ministry of Education-accredited university
- Be proficient in English (program taught entirely in English)
- Have a minimum of 3 years of post-internship clinical experience
- Submit proof of implant-related clinical experience (where applicable)
- Pass a competency interview to assess readiness
